Michael Klong
CEO + FOUNDER
With a passion for specialty coffee & tea and vision to support local roasters, Michael launched a growth platform in 2008 for craft coffee and tea companies, bridging the gap between great coffee & tea and the world of hospitality; Tradecraft Outfitters.

Jason Craig
VP OF OPERATIONS
In 2011, Jason became one of 4 original members of Canteen Refreshment Services, responsible for launching coffee services nationally. In 2019, Jason joined Tradecraft as VP, where he is responsible for leadership and strategic growth.

Jess Ross
DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
With over 15 years of experience in the coffee and tea industry, Jess has experience as a retail cafe operator, coffee/tea educator, and HR professional. Today they project manage and consult for the Tradecraft team.

Christa Thomas
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Christa has 8 years of experience in marketing and well over a decade of experience consuming coffee. While relatively new to the Tradecraft team, she is thrilled to be a part of an innovative and exciting industry and marketing products she loves.

Jeff Batchelder
Educator & Cafe Consultant
Jeff Batchelder first began working as a barista in 2001 but took a deep dive into the world of specialty coffee in 2008 and hasn’t looked back since. Having worked as an educator for two of the most influential craft coffee roasters – Intelligentsia Coffee Co. and Counter Culture Coffee – he’s worked alongside world-class baristas and green coffee buyers, while also having the opportunity to train hundreds of baristas over the years. Equipped with a finely tuned palate and a calm demeanor, Jeff helps baristas improve their skills by assessing where they are and helping them discover avenues to level up their skillsets. When not tasting coffee, he likes to camp, hike, or grab a drink with friends–but he also appreciates a nice, quiet evening in his home in Denver.

Iaisha Munnerlyn
TRAINER
Iaisha Munnerlyn has worked in the coffee industry for the last 10 years navigating different roles, some including barista, trainer, and cafe management positions. She has contributed her skills and passion volunteering for organizations fostered to assist individuals also trying to navigate the industry. When she’s not on the clock she is running her passion project, MoodTea: tea experience company promoting the importance of self-care and mental health resources.

With more than ten years of industry experience at every level of the supply chain, and a Masters in Coffee Economics & Science Michael helps imagine and deliver, thoughtful and innovative coffee and tea experiences.

Rebecca McClain
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Starting her coffee journey in 2000 as a barista, Rebecca has worked in many capacities in the
industry including training, café management, retail category management, and multi-unit café
operations. Rebecca works to support business growth for our supplier partners through a collaborative approach.
